110%: Journey II
January 1 to April 9
PRE-CHALLENGE TASKS
Set the following goals and share with the group by December 31:
Physical Fitness goal – diet and workout program with measurables
Mental Fitness goal – pick an activity to boost mental fitness with measurables
TSL Badge(s) goal – pick a TSL badge(s) to complete
Special Project goal – create something (write a book or collection of essays/poems, create a piece of artwork such as a painting/sculpture, build or restore something, etc.)
DAILY TASKS
TSL Two-Step: one hour of physical activity and one good deed, then check them off on TSL website (once per week minimum)
WEEKLY TASKS
Provide a “Brandon Hartman Report” of your weekly results
WEEKLY 110% KICKERS
A weekly 110% kicker will be shared each Monday
The kicker must be completed by the following Sunday, except for the final week
Document the kicker with your results and experience
CHALLENGE DOCUMENTATION
Daily Journal entry, one sentence minimum
Photo results: Day 1, Day 25, Day 50, Day 75, and Day 100
Documentation as identified in tasks (screen capture of TSL check-ins, progress, photos of Special Project, etc.)
PRESENTATION
Create goals and document progress, but do not share them with the group
Create a synopsis of your challenge experience
Present your journey on PRESENTATION DAY
There will be no daily checklist of items like the first version of the challenge, where you shoot for a daily completion goal of 90%. Instead, follow the challenge and chronicle your journey. Best of luck!
